We do our best to deliver as quickly as possible (up to 14 business days from the time the video is uploaded), and we aim to film your video within 3 business days of placing the order. If things get busy and your video is delayed, we’ll let you know by message. Don’t worry, we’re with you until the package is in your hands!
For now, yes. Later on, videos will be an option you can choose when ordering. Large orders will always get a video as a gift!
Stationery bundles include more practical items for students (pencil cases and what goes in them, lunch bags, bottles and so on). Beauty bundles include special, pretty pens, hair accessories, charms, patches, a variety of unique keychains, and items for decorating bags and clothes. You can find the full lists on each bundle’s page.
Each bundle has a detailed list of the items found in the capsules. With every order, you can list in advance up to 3 items you don’t want to receive, and request one item you especially want, which we’ll do our best to provide if an item you don’t want comes up. After that, if another unwanted item comes up, we’ll draw a different capsule instead.
Almost. Offensive, violent or inappropriate themes (such as violence, nudity, racism, crude language and the like) will not be fulfilled. Instead, we’ll choose a theme ourselves based on the colors you selected.
Unfortunately not. That’s the surprise experience: what comes out is what you get. To reduce the chance of unwanted items, we let you choose in advance 3 items you really don’t want. When selecting the products themselves, we try to match your taste as closely as possible.
No. Your color choice is what makes the bundle yours, so if an item isn’t available in a color you chose, we’ll draw a different capsule instead. Of course, some products combine several colors; for those, we go by the dominant color.
Every bundle lets you add premium products: pricier, more special items that upgrade your gift! Each bundle has a list of the premium products you can receive, and in every bundle you can choose which type of premium you’d like. Yes, you can combine a bundle of one type with premium products of another type, or of both types. With the dice option, you’re guaranteed at least 2 premium products (and possibly more!).
All of our products are new and high quality. If a product arrives damaged due to shipping and you let us know within two days of receiving the delivery, we’ll send you a replacement gift as soon as possible! We want you to enjoy our gifts, and we do everything we can to make sure you’re happy!
As a rule, we limit it to 3 colors so the bundle looks cohesive and beautiful. If you’d still like more colors, or a multicolor bundle, you can write it in the notes and we’ll do our best to make it happen.
No. That’s part of the experience: whatever comes out of the capsule, we’ll provide in one of the colors you chose. In the future you’ll be able to build your own bundle and specify which product in which color, but for now we’re focusing on the surprise.
The gifts focus mainly on the colors you choose, while keeping the theme in mind. That means the bag and the stickers will definitely match the theme, and of course we’ll try to pick as many gifts as possible from that theme, but not all of them will.
Some items come in a set design and may not necessarily match the chosen theme (for example: the chosen theme is dogs and the colors are purple, blue and yellow. The capsule says: towel. You might get a teddy-bear-shaped towel in one of the colors you chose), but we’ll try to keep that to a minimum and stay as close as possible.
Not at all! Especially if you mention it in the notes, we’ll tailor our gift choices accordingly. In the Beauty bundle you can ask, for example, for no hair accessories, and we also have jewelry that suits boys better (in both look and size).
