We know that a big part of our experience is the surprise and discovery, but if you would still like to cancel a transaction, return or exchange an item, we are here to help and to make the process as simple and clear as possible.

A transaction may be cancelled and a product returned within the period prescribed by law, including, in a distance-selling transaction, in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, and the regulations under it.

Where a transaction is cancelled for a reason other than a defect in the product, non-conformity or failure to deliver on time, the Business may charge a cancellation fee in accordance with the provisions of the law, at a rate of up to 5% of the transaction price or ₪100, whichever is lower.

Where cancellation is due to a defect, non-conformity or failure to deliver on time, no cancellation fee will be charged, in accordance with the provisions of the law.

Cancelling a transaction after the product has been received may require returning the product to the Business, in accordance with the provisions of the law and the instructions given to the customer.

A refund, where due, will be made in accordance with the provisions of the law and to the payment method used for the transaction, subject to the processing times of the credit card company or payment provider.

Cancellation or return of a bundle is subject to the provisions of the law applicable to the transaction and the product.

Because Sod Kmusa bundles combine several items that are specially selected and prepared according to the order details, we ask that the set be returned with all its components, where its return is required by law.

As far as possible, the product should be returned complete, without damage and without any material change in its condition, together with the packaging and accessories supplied with it.

The above does not derogate from the cancellation rights granted to the consumer by law.

Beyond the right of cancellation prescribed by law, Sod Kmusa allows products to be exchanged in accordance with the Business’s service policy.

An exchange request must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the product.

As a rule, an exchange will be possible when the product is complete, undamaged, unused and kept in its packaging as far as possible.

An exchange is subject to the replacement product being in stock.

If the price of the replacement product is higher, payment of the difference may be required. If the price of the replacement product is lower, the difference will be handled in accordance with the Business’s policy and subject to the provisions of the law.

The shipping cost involved in an exchange will be borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or there is a non-conformity.

Some of the bundles on the Site include the customer’s personal choices and preferences, such as bundle type, quantity, colors, theme, premium products and order notes.

These choices help us prepare the bundle and tailor it to the order, but they do not constitute a commitment to receive a specific item unless this is explicitly stated on the product page.

The fact that a bundle includes the customer’s choices and preferences does not in itself cancel consumer rights to which the customer is entitled by law. In the event of a cancellation request, the Business will examine the order and the circumstances of its preparation in accordance with the provisions of the law.

All products are inspected and packed before shipping in order to ensure that the product arrives in good condition.

If a product arrived defective or was damaged during shipping, please contact us as soon as possible and no later than two days from the date the shipment was received, including the order number and documentation of the defect, such as photos or a video.

After reviewing the request, we will act in accordance with the circumstances and the provisions of the law and, where possible, offer a replacement product or a suitable solution.

In the event of a defect or non-conformity, rights and costs will apply in accordance with the provisions of the law.

Some of the products on the Site are limited-edition products (LIMITED EDITION) or items with limited stock.

Exchange of such a product will be subject to its availability in stock at the time of the exchange request.

If the replacement product is unavailable, we will work out an alternative solution together with the customer, subject to the provisions of the law.

Where a video for the order is part of the service or of the benefit given with the order, the mere filming or production of the video does not cancel consumer rights granted by law.

Cancellation or return of an order will be examined according to the type of transaction, the condition of the product and the provisions of the law applicable to it.

Where a transaction is cancelled for a reason other than a defect, non-conformity or failure to deliver on time, the cost of returning the product to the Business may be borne by the customer, in accordance with the provisions of the law.

In the case of a defective product, non-conformity or a case in which responsibility lies with the Business by law, the customer will not bear any return cost beyond what is permitted by law.

In an exchange that is not due to a defect or non-conformity, the shipping cost involved in the exchange will be borne by the customer.

The policy set out above is intended to explain how Sod Kmusa handles returns and exchanges, and does not derogate from any right granted to the consumer under the Consumer Protection Law or any other law.

In the event of a conflict between the provisions of this policy and a provision of law that cannot be waived, the provision of law will prevail.
